Hello Folks,
This article wrote on my personal experience.
While requesting certificate through
Lync server deployment wizard getting error:
An error Occurred: Microsoft.Rtc.Management.common.Certificates.certificateException”
“Error Construction or Publishing certificate”
I found certificate services are installed on
Domain controller so Root CA was not responding to certificate request.
This issue resolved by restart Root CA service
hosted on domain controller along with domain services.
